Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to MAIDS Premium and other paid digital subscriptions sold by Coxico through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments, receipts, and many customer-facing billing inquiries.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription so it does not renew. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not always refund the current period unless required by this policy or applicable law. Use the management options provided in Paddle's checkout or customer emails, or contact us for help locating them.

Refund requests

If you believe you were charged in error, or you are within fourteen (14) days of an initial Premium purchase and have not materially used the paid tier in bad faith, contact hello@coxico.xyz with your account email and transaction details. We will review and coordinate with Paddle where appropriate.

We may decline refunds where applicable law does not require otherwise, where abuse or chargeback fraud is suspected, or where paid digital access has been substantially consumed.

EU / UK consumers

If you qualify as a consumer, you may have statutory rights including a withdrawal period for distance contracts. Statutory rights are not limited by this policy where the law says otherwise. Paddle may appear on your bank statement and handle parts of the refund workflow.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a payment dispute so we can resolve the issue. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of access.
